COVID-19 Policy/Procedures Update
If you are a current or future patient of ours, please read this information:
Our new normal when we re-open to wellness & standard vision care on Monday, May 4th.
Know you were missed terribly and our staff is grateful for your return & support for our small business
Know safety measures were created for all involved & we continue to clean and sanitize all our instruments & surfaces
Know the importance of coming alone, extra people in the office compromises everyone, so we ask guests to remain in the car (unless you need assistance)
Know that walk-ins will not be an option & we’ll need you to call the office before you leave home if you need us
Know that we will use the parking lot as a waiting area & ask that you call or text us upon your arrival
Know that rescheduling and accommodating an available slot for you will take time
Know that your health is the biggest concern and we ask that you wear a mask to your appointment since we will be less than 6′ during some of the testings. Our reception, tech, doctor & optician will also wear one
Know that our office has already lost thousands of and we appreciate your loyalty & patience and hope you continue to make your eyewear & contact lens purchases with our office
Know that if your health is already high risk, you need to wait-your health is more important. Coming in sick isn’t an option!
Know that we are concerned about any risk of exposure to you & our staff, so you may find us to be less chatty in the interest of that time you’re in the office
Know we’ll highly suggest you consider our iWellness digital oct screening and digital retinal photos when you arrive to improve your health exam & limit the time you need to be in the office
Know that we’ll continue to monitor all CDC guidelines & open when it’s safe to do so
Together we can make this work safely for all
